STEPHANIE CARON, MA

Stephanie Caron is a practicum student completing her training year at The Concord Center. Stephanie is a third year at William James College, pursuing her doctorate (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology. Her previous interning experience includes Advocates: Worcester County House of Corrections, and NFI Intensive Residential Treatment Programs.

 

Stephanie earned her B.S in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Plymouth State University, a B.S in Psychology and an M.A in Criminal Justice: Counterterrorism, from Southern New Hampshire University. Enroute to her Psy.D in Clinical Psychology, Stephanie completed her M.A in Professional Psychology with William James College. Additionally, following completion of her B.S in Psychology, she was a Substance Use Counselor with New Season Treatment Center.

 

Stephanie has received her certification in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and CBT for Anxiety and OCD. Stephanie has experience working with individuals ages 6-78 years old and utilizes evidence-based treatment interventions to include CBT, ACT, DBT skills, and mindfulness approaches. She is currently being trained in exposure coaching.
