RYAN RUTH CONWAY, PSYD
Dr. Ryan Conway is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in delivering cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to children, adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and depression. She often provides guidance to caregivers of children with anxiety, behavioral challenges and ADHD. With a background in school psychology, Dr. Conway also offers consultation to school staff working with her clients. Dr. Conway has been trained in a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Dr. Conway is a certified PCIT Therapist by PCIT International and also a certified provider through the International OCD Foundation.
Prior to joining the Concord Center, Dr. Conway ran the therapy program at Neuropsychology and Education Services for Children and Adolescents (NESCA), a private group practice in Newton, MA. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Spanish. She then received her doctoral degree from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University in New York, through the combined clinical and school psychology program. During her training, Dr. Conway worked in a variety of clinical settings, including school, outpatient, day treatment and inpatient. She completed her APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship (child/adolescent track) at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY, followed by an APA-accredited post-doctoral fellowship (child/adolescent track) at Long Island Jewish Medical Center/Northwell Health.
Dr. Conway is a member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA).
Dr. Conway is licensed in both Massachusetts and Colorado. She currently works with clients virtually.
