Dr. Benjamin Billingsley is a postdoctoral fellow who specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, and mood disorders.


Dr. Billingsley graduated from Yale University in 2014 with a B.A in psychology. Dr. Billingsley received his PhD from Rutgers University in 2023. Throughout graduate school Dr. Billingsley trained in outpatient and residential treatment settings, where he treated individuals with anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, major depressive disorder, and substance use disorders. Dr. Billingsley completed his predoctoral internship at the Boston VA where he provided outpatient therapy in the General Mental Health Clinic and PTSD Clinic. As part of his predoctoral internship he also completed a yearlong adjunctive training experience in the treatment of eating disorders. Dr. Billingsley is a member of the Association for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ABCT) and Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS).
