KERRIE PIELOCH, PHD

Dr. Kerrie Pieloch is a clinical psychologist who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for children and adolescents with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related disorders. She also provides guidance and support for parents of children and adolescents who are struggling with mental health difficulties. Dr. Pieloch has been trained in a variety of evidence-based treatment protocols including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), the MATCH protocol for anxiety, depression, trauma, and conduct disorders, and Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP).
Dr. Pieloch graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in Psychology. She received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Suffolk University in Boston, MA, where she completed clinical training at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders, Newton Public School District, Cambridge Hospital’s Child Assessment Unit, and Boston Child Study Center. She then completed her pre-doctoral internship at Franciscan Children’s hospital and her post-doctoral fellowship at McLean Hospital’s Adolescent Acute Residential Treatment (ART) program.
Dr. Pieloch is a member of the Massachusetts Psychological Association (MPA) and the Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology (SCCAP). She has presented her research at numerous conferences including the Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD), the Society for the Study of Human Development (SSHD), and the Society for Pediatric Psychology (SPP).
